BE DELIVERY FAQ

DELIVERING TO ALL OF CASS COUNTY!!

Requirements for Customers:

  1. Must be 21+ with valid government ID

  2. Must be a residential address

  3. Orders cannot exceed state daily or monthly limits of purchase of cannabis products.

  4. Payment: Dutchie Online Pay at order placement. Funds will not be removed until order delivery is completed.



CUSTOMER PROCESS FOR PLACING ORDERS:

This process outlines how customers/patients place orders for pickup or delivery.

Steps for online ordering:

  1. Customers navigate to the online ordering portal (i.e., Dutchie.)

  2. Customers identify items they want to purchase and add them to the cart.

  3. Customers click into the cart to finish the order.

  4. Customers may be prompted to choose whether the order is for pickup or delivery.

  5. Payment will be processed via Dutchie Pay Online, Any reward points or discounts will be applied by the delivery budtender at checkout.

  6. Customers receive a notification via SMS text that their order has been placed, fulfilled, and on route for delivery.

 

OTHER INFO:
  • Min $75 on all delivery orders

  • Cassopolis Village +Diamond Lake Free Delivery Needs to be a minimum of 1+ miles away.

  • Delivery within 15 miles for $5 fee ($100 minimum for FREE delivery)

  • Delivery within 25 miles for $10 fee ($125 minimum for FREE delivery)

  • Delivery within 35 miles for $20 fee ($200 minimum for FREE delivery)

  • Orders placed after 6:00pm

    • will be scheduled for delivery the following day

  • Full legal name required for delivery & Government Issued ID

  • Dutchie Pay online at checkout -  funds will not be removed from account until delivery is completed.

  • Didn't meet the minimum order amount to waive the delivery fee? No worries! Bring your delivery receipt back to our store on your next visit and get a credit on your next purchase in the same amount as the fee charged! 

CUSTOMER TEXT MESSAGE UPDATES: 

1. Successful Order Submitted

  • When customers finish the ordering process, they'll receive a success text message informing them that their order has been submitted:

"Your order has been successfully submitted! You’ll receive another message when it’s been confirmed by the store. Your order number is #123456789"

2. Confirmation by Dispensary

  • When you've clicked the button Confirm on the customer's order, they'll receive another text message:

"Your order #123456789 has been confirmed and is being prepared.”

3. In Transit

  • Once you've clicked Start Delivery on the order and assigned the delivery driver, another text message will be sent to the customer:

"Your order #123456789 is on its way! Please have your payment and ID handy for when the order arrives!"
